Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, including removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material that was removed or disabled in response to a DMCA takedown notice is not infringing, or if you believe that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, to use the material, you may send a counter-notification to our designated copyright agent by providing the following information in writing:

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA takedown notice. If the original complainant does not file a lawsuit within 10 business days, we may reinstate the removed or disabled material.

Repeat Infringers

We have a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. If we determine that a user has repeatedly infringed the copyrights of others, we may suspend or terminate their access to the Site.
